When you order we need to know your name and address, delivery address (if different) and unless you have a PayPal account your credit/debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and obtain payment. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required. If you order through our website we will ask for your email address so that we can acknowledge your order.
We may use other companies to provide services on our behalf. These services will include the delivery of your order and the processing of your credit card payment. We will only provide these companies with the information they need to deliver the specific service - they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
We do not make our mailing list available to any other organisation. Under no circumstances do we pass on email addresses or telephone numbers or other customer details to other companies.
If you place an order we will keep your name and address so that we can send you other information later that you might find of interest. You will not be sent any information from us unless you give us permission to do so.
