TERMS & CONDITIONS
This sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Kerto Design, in relation to the products and services we offer.
General Terms
All goods remain the property of Kerto Design Limited until payment is made in full.
Prices and Duties
All prices are valid for orders placed up to 31st December 2006. If you want your purchase to be delivered outside the European Union, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties.
Your Contract With Us
Goods or services must be ordered using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that (a) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Kerto Design, and when you use the card and (b) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately. You must also legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here.
Item Descriptions
We have taken care to ensure that descriptions and measurements of our pictures are as accurate as possible. Dimensions shown are the finished size of the picture and include frames. We have also ensured that the colours are a close representation of those in the actual pictures. However slight variations may occur.
Copyright
You accept that the images, designs and trademarks used by Kerto Design are the property of Kerto Design. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute the images or any part of the images.
Errors
If an incorrect price is shown in error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been taken a full refund will be given.
Loss
Kerto Design will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business. You also agree that the liability of Kerto Design under this agreement will not exceed the sums paid or payable by you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to this Agreement
Kerto Design reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.
Jurisdiction
English law governs sales and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.
