PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Availability
It is not our policy to hold a stock of pictures; every one is made to order by hand. We feel that this practice ensures the highest quality of craftsmanship and finish. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Very occasionally this delivery time may be exceeded. We will advise you by telephone or email if this is the case.
Packaging
Our prints are bubble-wrapped and dispatched in custom made boxes to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.
UK Deliveries
Delivery will be by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service who can deliver to any address in the UK. Normal delivery hours are weekdays 9am – 5pm. If you are likely to be out, please consider providing a delivery address (a work address or neighbour etc) where someone will be in.
Delivery Outside the UK
We are able to arrange deliveries outside the UK and have listed charges for the most common destinations. If the postage cost for your destination is not listed then please call us on 01403 250664 or email us at sales@kertodesign.com and we will explain the costs and expected delivery time.

We want you to be delighted with any picture you buy from Kerto Design. Please remember you can order with complete confidence as we guarantee to exchange or refund any items you are not completely satisfied with. All we ask is that you return the picture in the original condition within 14 days.
If your picture does not reach you in perfect condition contact us by phone 01403 250664 or email sales@kertodesign.com and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
