YOUR QUESTIONS
What if I am not happy with the picture when I receive it?
We want you to be delighted with any picture you buy from Kerto Design. We guarantee to exchange or refund any items you are not completely satisfied with. All we ask is that you return the picture in the original condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the picture.
What if my picture is damaged when it arrives?
This is very unlikely as our products are all carefully packed to protect them in transit.
However we will replace or refund any items that do not reach you in a satisfactory condition. Call us on 01403 250664 or email sales@kertodesign.com
Can I use the images on the Kerto Design website?
The copyright to the pictures belongs to Kerto Design Limited. We would not usually give permission for them to be copied or used. In special circumstances we might be prepared to make an exception and grant limited usage.
Where are the pictures made?
The pictures are drawn, painted, computer generated or photographed by Kerto Design. Kerto Design working in the UK produces canvas prints from the original artwork.
Are the pictures limited editions?
No, everything in the current Kerto Design range is an open edition. We do not believe that limited editions add to the quality or decorative effect of the print and would increase the cost to our customers.
What happens to the photograph I supplied for my commission print?
Our usual practice is to automatically destroy digital photographs on completion of the commission. Traditional photographs or other non-electronic materials would be returned to you. You may of course give us special instructions as to the disposal or return of materials if you wish.
How do you decide on the price for a commission?
We try to establish what your requirements are and examine any digital photographs or other images that you have sent to us. If necessary we ask you to send us the materials to be used i.e. conventional photographs or slides. We assess the quality of the material and then estimate the preparation time for the image/s based on this information.
