We will ensure your site is user friendly and that your visitors enjoy the experience of browsing through your 'shop front'. We always put your business goal first and make sure you achieve what you set out to achieve.
We will be helping you with our professional advise all the way along so you never feel alone and lost with your dream. We are totally committed to delivering dedicated and professional services. Talk to us about your project to get started.
We will work closely with you to make sure you will receive exactly what you set out to achieve. For that we will ask you a few things about you, like: what are your goals, the most important aspects of the project - for the best results we will need as much detail about your business as possible. We can then create a design to match closely your type of business.
Depending on the size of your project, many things will come into making up the pricing structure. Factors such as number of pages, complexity of the design, number of images etc. will all play a role in the pricing structure. Please see more info under 'Pricing' tab.
Based on your identity and the chosen colour-scheme, we will send you a design proposal for a review. At this point you are welcome to change any part of the proposed design.
In the work process we will keep in contact with you to make sure that you are happy with every part of the process.

As every project differs in so many ways, it is hard to give a ball point figure. However, the more precise you can be in your requirements and the more detailed you can be in your descriptions ie. size of your site, colour-scheme, type of your website etc. the more accurate we can be in our estimation. However, if you don't have much to go by, the easiest thing for you to do would be to find a website (or 2 or 3) that you like and we can base your website design on that. And if you already have a web site but you just need to have it updated regularly, you can ask us to do it for you for £25 p/h. We have also written a blog post Customers' question to a web designer, where you can learn more about how our pricing structure works.

Scenario 1 - The rule of thumb is: the clearer idea you have of what you want, the quicker/easier/cheaper the project will be. We would recommend sitting down and writing down what you consider the most important details of your project first, then we will be able to help you achieve it by coming up with various design concepts. You will be choosing the most pleasing one of them to proceed to the final stages of the design process.
Scenario 2 - You don't have any idea of what you want: no worries, that's what we're here for! Our usual design process starts with an hour meeting with the customer to get a clearer idea of what they are looking for. During this first meeting we will ask you some questions about your general preferences and likes which will make it easier for both of us to narrow down the concept to start with. From there on, we will keep in close contact with you to make sure that you will be 100% satisfied with each step of the progress of your design. In case you need us to print as well, no problem, we can do that for you as well!
Interested in knowing more or even speaking to us? Why not send us an email and we'll come back to you ASAP.
Depending on a project: some work only takes 30 minutes to complete(for example, some business cards with already existing logo); other projects end up taking months (like big product catalogues). We always consult our customers about what exactly is involved in a certain project so there won't be any surprises later. For graphic design work, we charge £25 per hour.
If you have a project in mind, please don't hesitate to ask and we'll get back to you with a rough estimate about how long your project will take and how much it will cost.
